<p class="has-large-font-size">Swimrunprylar&#8230;vad ska jag ha? Vi har tittat på tre typer av swimrunners. Nybörjaren, Den stadigt uthålliga och Sprintern. Här har vi utrustning för den uthålliga eller &#8221;The steady pacer&#8221;.</p>



<h2>Våtdräkt</h2>



<p>Colting SR03 är en snabb våtdräkt med mjuk bendel för smidig löpning. Övre delen är förstärkt med flytpaneler vilket ger dig en bekväm och snabb simning. 4 850 kr. </p>



<h2>Skor</h2>



<p>Icebugs Zeal5 är pålitliga terräng och swimrunskor. De ger tillräckligt stöd för långa tävlingar och skyddar foten mot genomslag av stenar. Zeal ger dig ett säkert grepp oavsett underlag. 1 120 kr.</p>



<h2>Paddlar</h2>



<p>SOAK har billiga paddlar som funkar jättebra för både träning och tävling. 100 kronor får du ett par prisvärda paddlar för.</p>



<h2>Glasögon</h2>



<p>Colting Googles OW är bekväma och hållbara OW-glasögon som passar bra på alla tävlingar utomhus. 435 kr.</p>



<p>The Steady Pacer lägger ca 6 500 kronor på sin utrustning.</p>
